Jasmen Rogers is the Founder of Folding Chair Consulting, supporting organizations and individuals in developing authentic leadership, and Co-Founder of LesGetLucky, curating premier events for LBTQ+ women in South Florida.

Jasmen has worked for several years at the intersection of racial and gender justice, advancing legislation that centers Black women, co-creating curriculum that makes the political process accessible, organizing movements towards social change, and building a base of women of color and LBTQ+ women committed to justice.

Jasmen serves as Chair of the Broward County Commission for the Status of Women, was recently named one of the 150 Most Influential People in Florida Politics, and Jasmen works to diversify programming and uplift the voices of South Florida's Queer and Lesbian community.
